1. Introduction

1.1 The Spot “Reward” Promotion (“Promotion”) is organised and managed by Spot Money SA (Proprietary) Limited (“Spot”), including affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively referred to as the “Organisers”).
1.2 The Promotion is open for entry by all South African residents of 18 years and older with a valid South African identity document or Smart Card.
1.3 By entering the Promotion, all participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which will be interpreted by the Organisers. The Organisers’ decision regarding any issue will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
1.4 This Promotion will be ongoing.
1.5 The Promotion deals exclusively with earning Spot Rewards on Qualifying Transactions as part of the Spot Reward Service subscription. Additional Campaign Terms and Conditions may be found here.

2. Claiming the Promotion

2.1 To successfully register for the Promotion and benefit from it, participants must:
2.1.1 Be registered for the Spot App and comply with all registration requirements, including accepting the Spot App Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
2.1.2 Subscribe to the Spot Reward Service, either as a free or paid subscription user, and make a Qualifying Transaction.

2.2 The Promotion is available to all participants who comply with clause 2.1 above.
2.3 The Organisers will verify participants to authenticate compliance with the criteria set out in clause 2.1 above. Upon successful verification, participants will receive their Promotion Gift.
2.4 All personal information provided will be processed in line with the Promotion and stored securely. For further information, please refer to the Organisers’ Privacy Statement.

3. The Promotion Gift

Participants will receive Rewards credited to their Airtime Rewards section after each Qualifying Transaction. For free-tier subscribers, the Rewards may differ from those offered to paid-tier subscribers. Rewards are issued by Spot or its third-party partners.

4. General Terms and Conditions

4.1 The Promotion is valid for the Promotion Period only, as specified in 1.4 above.

4.3 The Promotion Period may be extended or reduced at the discretion of the Organisers.
4.4 The Promotion, Promotion Gift, and associated terms may be amended by reasonable notification. No participant shall have recourse against the Organisers for such alterations.
4.5 The Organisers reserve the right to adjust or suspend the Promotion timeline for operational reasons or due to force majeure events. Participants will be notified expediently.
4.6 The Organisers may terminate or amend the Promotion rules at any stage in compliance with legal requirements or their sole discretion. Notice of termination or amendments will be published on the Promotions Website.
4.7 In the event of disputes related to the Promotion, the Organisers’ decision is final and binding.
4.8 Participants indemnify the Organisers, affiliates, and subsidiaries against any claims arising from participation in the Promotion.
4.9 Participation constitutes agreement to these terms and conditions without exception.
4.10 Any violation of these rules will result in immediate disqualification from the Promotion.
4.11 South African law governs the Promotion terms, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of South African courts.
