Don’t have a SIM? No worries, you can easily order one in the app:

1. Sign into your app and tap the Airtime Rewards button (at the top of your home screen).
2. Select ‘Get a free Airtime Rewards SIM’.
3. You will get directed to the uConnect website where you will need to fill in your details.
4. Collect your SIM from your nearest Clicks.

Got a SIM but need to activate it?  Following the steps below:

1. Sign into your app and tap the Airtime Rewards button (at the top of your home screen).
2. Select ‘Activate your uConnect SIM’.
3. Enter the ICCID number found at the back of the card that came with your uConnect SIM.
4. Click ‘Activate SIM’.

Airtime Rewards are earned by making transactions anywhere using your Spot virtual or physical card, including using your Spot card’s Tap & Pay functionality, Snapscan, Zapper and Masterpass.

Please note the following Spot transactions are excluded:  EFT, Ozow (Instant EFT), ATM withdrawals, and non-card based in-app payments but excluding refunds or reversals of any the transactions.

Airtime Rewards are limited to R50 free airtime per month on the Free plan.

When you upgrade to the Plus plan, you can earn unlimited free airtime every month.

Your airtime reward is valid for 30 days.
